In addition, we work constantly in building and maintaining relationships with our suppliers who offer not just their exceptional services but also their expertise. This expertise is what we leverage to ensure that you get the best of the best in terms of accommodations, experiences, and service.
The rates listed below are a guideline and are subject to change based on a trip’s complexity, length of time, and the number of people traveling.

Service Fees:
Custom Travel: Fees begin at $750:
Includes a 60 minute intake session; research and obtaining rates; designing a bespoke, logistically friendly itinerary with up to 2 revisions.
Includes 18 hours of research and preparations.
An additional $95 / hour will be incurred above the 18 hour initial pricing.
All-Inclusive, Packaged Group Tours and Luxury Cruises: Fees begin at $295 per room / cabin:
Includes research and finding the perfect accommodations and destination(s)
Air Bookings:
Many clients choose to research and book their own flights. Should you like for us to handle that for you, our fees are:
$100 / ticket for domestic and Caribbean flights, or
$150 / ticket for international flights.
There is a 15% management fee for all non-commissionable trip components
